Only a certified Master electrician or registered electrical wireman with a legitimate Department of Labor license can perform the installation. After installation, a valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) that complies with SANS 10142 requirements must be issued. Applications for warranty that do not include installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of the installer's qualifications may be denied.
