Understanding Hikvision AcuSense Technology: As the name suggests, Hikvision AcuSense Technology ensures precise detection in security equipment. Its main role is to classify targets. Utilizing advanced deep learning algorithms, this technology can differentiate between people and vehicles, setting it apart from other moving objects. With automatic activation, AcuSense Technology significantly enhances the precision of alarms and the effectiveness of searches.
Why Frustration Exists: The primary issues regarding perimeter safety are unauthorized entry and vehicle thefts. Traditional security systems often fail to tell apart various moving objects, which leads to constant false alarms triggered by rain, moving branches, changes in light conditions or shadows, and small animals.
Security teams can waste many hours responding to false alarms, making it difficult to concentrate on genuine risks in the areas they monitor. Additionally, going through video to find specific incidents can require many hours of manual effort.
How We Address the Issues: Hikvision AcuSense Technology sorts items into three groups: human, vehicle, and others. The False Alarm Reduction feature can cut down false alarms by as much as 90%, while the Quick Target Search tool saves time by automatically highlighting footage related to people or vehicles, which spares staff the hassle of sifting through recordings.
Hikvision’s new AcuSense network camera features a built-in flashing light and audible alarm that can activate when a possible intruder is detected. This feature aims to deter the intruder before they can break through the security line.
Applications for Use: Hikvision AcuSense Technology is suitable for a variety of settings that need perimeter protection, including warehouses, industrial estates, parking facilities, and residential neighborhoods, among others.
