WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT

• The Product will retain eighty percent (80%) of its Usable, according to Ritar's warranty.
• The Cycle Life is more than 3000, or the shipment date provides energy for five (5) years.

Warranties:

Only licensed Master electricians or skilled electrical wiremen registered with the Department of Labor are permitted to install batteries and inverters. Upon installation, a legitimate electrical certificate of compliance (COC) must be issued that is specific to the setup of the solar or backup system. Every component of the installation must adhere to SANS 10142. Any warranty claim that lacks installation photos, a legitimate COC, and evidence that a licensed wireman or master electrician installed the device may be rejected, which will make the warranty claim void.
