Warranty coverage:

An authorized electrical wireman or Master electrician with a legitimate registration with the Department of Labour must install all batteries and inverters. After installation, a valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC), which is unique to the solar or backup system installation, must be provided. The installation must adhere to every aspect of SANS 10142. A warranty claim may be rejected and rendered invalid if it is filed without installation pictures, a valid COC, and proof that the device was installed by a licensed wireman/master electrician.
