Warranty and Installation Requirements:

• 5-year guarantee for batteries and inverters
• The warranty for solar panels is twenty years.
• The installation may only be performed by a certified electrical wireman or master electrician who is registered with the Department of Labor.
• An official electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) is required after installation.
• It is mandatory to abide by the rules outlined in SANS 10142.
• For warranty claims, you will need images of the installation, a valid COC, and proof that the installer is licensed.
