Installation Requirements & Warranties

- A Master Electrician or qualified electrical wireman with current registration with the Department of Labour must carry out the installation.
- Following installation, a valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) that is unique to the solar or backup system must be produced.
- All sections of SANS 10142 must be followed during installation.
- A warranty claim has to have the following information:
