Warranty:
A competent electrical wireman or Master electrician who is lawfully registered with the Department of Labor must install all inverters and batteries. Once installed, the backup or solar system must be covered by a valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC) that is exclusive to that installation. The installation must adhere to ALL aspects of SANS 10142. Any warranty claim that lacks installation photos, a valid COC, or proof that a competent wireman/master electrician performed the installation may be denied, rendering the warranty claim invalid and void.
