Warranties:

All batteries and inverters must be installed by a licensed electrical wireman or Master electrician who has a current registration with the Department of Labour. After installation, a legitimate electrical certificate of compliance (COC) must be issued, covering the installation of the solar or backup system specifically. The setup must adhere to every aspect of SANS 10142. A warranty claim may be rejected if it is not supported by installation photos, a legitimate COC, and evidence that the equipment was installed by a licensed wireman/master electrician, rendering the claim invalid.
