Guarantees:

Only Master electricians or skilled electrical wiremen who are properly registered with the Department of Labour are permitted to install batteries and inverters. Following installation, a valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC) that is particular to the installation of the backup or solar system must be granted. All components of the installation must adhere to SANS 10142. Submitting a warranty claim without installation photos, a legitimate COC, and evidence that a licensed wireman/master electrician installed the device may result in the claim being denied and the warranty claim being rendered invalid.
