Warranty:

A licensed electrical wireman or Master electrician who is registered with the Department of Labor is required to install all inverters and batteries. Once installed, the backup or solar system installation must have a valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC) that is particular to that installation. Every component of the installation must adhere to SANS 10142. Submitting a warranty claim without installation pictures, a legitimate COC, or evidence that a licenced wireman or master electrician installed the device is grounds for denial, and the claim will be deemed invalid and void.
